The international level "Global Core Scientific Council" of BiharBrains has been formed with the aims of organizing Science Conferences, Science & technology festivals, starting Science magazines/Journals,establishing R& D Centers, organizing series of seminars and orientation programs on cutting edge technology which may help in creating good research and work enviornment in the state of Bihar of Indian Union.
